Cookson Hills Corsos (CHC) will provide a pure-bred Cane Corso with ICCF registration blue card to be completed by New Puppy Owner. 

CHC will provide New Puppy Owner with:

• ICCF/AKC registration card 
• ICCF/AKC Pedigree
• Tails & dew claws removed
• Current vaccinations and deworming
• One-year congenital and hereditary disease health guarantee
• Puppy welcome kit

New Puppy Owner agrees to provide a safe, loving, and positive environment with regular veterinary care. CHC will provide a new puppy from a future litter  in the unlikely case of fatal congenital or hereditary disease, autopsy required, cash refunds shall not apply.  Some ailments such as cherry-eye, hip dysplasia, or disease contracted after puppy pick up are not considered congenital or hereditary disease.  

New Puppy Owner agrees to the following terms:

• Maintain a safe, loving, and positive environment including but not limited to socializing with other pets and people
• Attend at least one puppy training course and apply the techniques consistently
• (Limited/Pet contracts) Spay/neuter no sooner than 18 months and as directed by veterinarian
• (Full/breeding contracts) Breed only with registered, pureblood Cane Corso only. Complete health check by veterinarian before breeding. Females shall not be bred on first heat, and no earlier than 18 months. Males shall not be used for stud service earlier than 18 months.
• If for any reason rehoming is considered, contact CHC first. CHC shall take back the puppy no questions asked
• Keep CHC posted with pictures of your happy puppy with your fam!
